Pleasant hotel, best location in Hildesheim at the historical market place

We had booked a superior room with an extra large double bed. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment, because the two single beds that had been pushed together constantly drifted apart. Extremely unpleasant! We would not book any more, especially since there was no reaction from the hotel, except taking note of the complaint.

The location is very central with direct access to the underground car park. The breakfast was good and due to the spatial arrangement the atmosphere was very relaxed.

The booked room was very quiet on the 4th floor, but had only a very narrow bay window.

The employees were attentive and very friendly. The daily breakfast was extensive and absolutely fantastic with dessert and salads and a view to the beautiful towncenter:)))

Upon arrival (instead of the cheaper booked 2-bed room) we were offered a double room for the same price. In the whole house very friendly and always attentive staff. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The location directly in the centre of Hildesheim is ideal.

Very good location and great ambience. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We were positively surprised by the equipment of the room. There was even a coffee machine. The shower also deserves to be highlighted. If required, it offers space for 2 persons.

There's nothing that displeased us.

Classy hotel, well worth the money.

Breakfast is expensive considering that there are neighbouring alternatives. Garage is not easy to find - have a good map with you, better than a google printout, which we found inadequate (this is of course not the hotel's fault, just a warning to travellers).

The hotel breakfast is superb and the swimmingpool area is newly renovated and very nice. This was our third stay at the hotel and we are very pleased with everything. Last year we had a problem with the air conditioning but it was OK now.

The room we stayed at did not match what we had ordered and we were not informed about this in advance, only on the day of our arrival. The room was not cleaned up well either. It was not the first time I stayed at that hotel and I always was satisfied with my stay at it before. And this was the reason I have decided to stay in this hotel once again, but, unfortunately, this time I was deeply disappointed.

The staff were efficient and all receptionists spoke good English. The rooms were modern and well equipped. A very pleasant hotel to stay in.

We had a triple room and it was fantastic. Plenty of room for the us and our two small children, plus a great view of the square. Newly renovated with deep tub. Very clean - also in the pool and sauna areas.

We didn't have the breakfast as it was quite expensive. Was also a bit ridiculous that we had to pay for parking even though the hotel is expensive and above a garage.

Maybe a little expensive, a nice treat but I would really have to consider before booking again.

We loved the free bike rentals and the peaceful courtyard view from our room! The swimming pool was a nice bonus.

Public rooms both impressive and sympathetic to the historic nature of the building. The hotel had "character." Fabulous location Great restaurant
